Hi everyone so this is my most recent B & A.
Before: 80kg (176lbs)
After: 55kg (120lbs)
Ive lost 25kg over the last year and kept it off so far!!! Currently in the process of getting ready for bikini season :)

Sep 2012 and Sep 2013. It did not take a whole year, but I got even bigger and I don’t have any pictures from that winter. Just change your mindset and it will all be fine ! <3

So this before picture is the only one I have of when I was relatively big, and it doesn’t do me justice as I looked and felt a lot bigger, I was in the 180s and was extremely unhealthy. I started gaining weight when I found out I had PCOS, it was a sort of comfort thing, but never again will I ever be that unhealthy again! Instead of putting ourselves down all the time I think that it is extremely important to take a breath and realise how far we have come. I know I have a long way to go still but I am so proud of how far I have come, before gaining muscle I lost around 15-20 kilos, I couldn’t be able to tell you what I weigh to this day as I believe that your weight is not an accurate representation of your health, go by how you feel :)

Hello people! Nearly my final progression picture, I’m like 3lbs away from my goal now (but I maybe need to gain a bit more muscle)
So this is me.. 
Start weight: 186lbs ish
Photo weight: 136lbs ish
Current weight: 131lbs
Aim weight: 129lbs
Start body fat: 38%
Current body fat: 21%
Aim body fat: 18/19% (Need to gain some muscle to achieve this)
Height: 5 ft 5
Time scale: Feb this year, to August this year
Along with a good diet, hard gym sessions incorporating both cardio and weights this IS achievable.

Ab progress! I will apologise for my pyjama bottoms in the second photos. Before Picture: 153lb
 After Picture: 133lb I’ve pretty much posted everything that I’ve done on a day to day basis on my blog but it’s just clean eating and working out 3-6 times a week. Plus I have a really active job! I’m 5 foot 6 :)
